Vipul is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 8 + years of diversified work experience across start-ups, venture capital funds and MNCs.
He has worn multiple hats across industries and domains, right from: Finance allrounder < Risk Advisor < Transaction advisor < Start-up operator (founding team) < Founder In his consulting experience at EY, he has advised 4+ VCs and 25+ startups (including 4 unicorns) on operating models, diligence, fundraising, investment structures, business structures, ESOP policy, M&A, and various other transactions/ deals. His portfolio clients are spread across various industry such as Fintech, Proptech, E-commerce, Mobility, Ed-tech and SAAS.
With Grant Thornton, he has also undertaken risk advisory engagement for listed entities in the pharma and manufacturing space. In his operating experience, he has led business, finance, and strategy function as part of the founding team in an early-stage B2B start-up.
Most recently, Vipul was pursuing his entrepreneurial journey with Antler (Global VC) as a Resident Entrepreneur.
